Blue Coat Systems, Inc. , a leader in WAN Application Delivery and Secure Web Gateway, today announced that Qing Li, a senior technologist for Blue Coat, has accepted an invitation to speak at the Australian IPv6 Summit on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 in Canberra, Australia.
