Textechnologies Signs LOI to Acquire Innofone.com

Textechnologies Inc. has just announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Innofone.com whereby Innofone.com shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of Textechnologies upon execution of a definitive agreement.
