HP ProCurve switches on link in space

When the Atlantis Space Shuttle took off on its journey to space a few days ago, an R&D team in Bangalore had reasons to feel proud. On board the Columbus module in the Atlantis Space Shuttle, the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS) has installed LAN switches made by HP ProCurve for the exchange of data from the space module to receiving stations on earth.
