Switch and Data, a leading provider of network neutral data center and Internet exchange services, announced today that Tiscali International Network (TINet), the only global carrier dedicated to the wholesale market of IPv4, IPv6 and Ethernet connectivity services, is expanding across North America by establishing a network presence in five Switch and Data sites.
