China Telecom Refines Plans for IPv6 Introduction, Application

An industry insider has revealed that on September 2, China Telecomconvened an exploratory meeting on the IPv6 network protocol in Xi'an, inviting the Chinese Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Baidu, 21CN, Alcatel-Shanghai Bell, Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, and IPv6 experts from China Telecom's Guangzhou Research Institute to discuss IPv6 adoption strategies, commercial applications, and other topics.
