UPnP technology attains recognition by ISO and IEC

UPnP Forum, the industry initiative designed to provide connectivity among consumer electronics, appliances, computers and mobile devices from different vendors, has announced that the UPnP technology has attained worldwide recognition by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
