Various studies by IT security companies signify that phishers across the globe are on the prowl to utilise new avenues for launching seasonal and situational attacks. Phishers also did not leave the chance to exploit the recent tragic earthquakes in Haiti and Chile. All these point out to the fact that phishing is evolving as a localised, targeted, and methodical attack.
