Blue Coat Systems, Inc., the technology leader in Application Delivery Networking, today announced that Blue Coat Chief Scientist Qing Li will analyze the effectiveness of various mechanisms in enabling the seamless transition between IPv4 and IPv6 applications at the Global IPv6 Summit in Beijing on Wednesday, April 7.
