Internet Society of Australia: NBN must enable IPv6

Internet Society of Australia President Tony Smith told senators that the Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) must be implemented at a network level, rather than by service providers, while speaking to a Senate Select Committee on the National Broadband Network (NBN).
