Internet Initiative Japan Inc., one of Japan's leading Internet access and comprehensive network solutions providers, today announced the release of SMF-LAN, a new network service platform that enables centralized control of initialization, reconfiguration, and other operations involving communications equipment on closed networks such as wide-area Ethernet services.
