For centuries, teachers have used chalk and talk and books to aid in teaching students. But the revolution in computers and communications technology have given teachers and students an immense array of tools to extend the reach of those who teach and of those who learn, whether in school or involved in some lifetime learning, or vocational learning activities or just in time learning for a specific purpose or task. |
