RTI study says converting to new internet protocol will cost $25 Billion

The proposed conversion from the current version of the Internet Protocol (IPv4), which allows data and other information to navigate the Internet, to a newer version, IPv6, will cost an estimated $25 billion over 25 years, according to a new study conducted by RTI International.
