Ikanos Communications, Inc., a leading developer and provider of Fiber Fast broadband solutions, today announced that its multi-mode central office (CO) and customer premises equipment (CPE) VDSL2 chipsets have been selected for use by ZyXEL Communications Corp., a leading VDSL access solution provider. ZyXEL is using these fifth generation chipsets in VDSL2 DSLAMs that are targeted for worldwide deployment.
