The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and the Lomonosov Moscow State University Institute of Information Security Issues (IISI) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together on increasing awareness on Internet issues inside Russia. | ||
