ServerIronGT E-Series Layer 4-7 Application Switches and NetIron 40G IPv6 Service Provider Router Win Best of Show Awards at Networld + Interop Tokyo 2004.

Foundry Networks, today announced that its products earned two "Best of Show" awards at Networld + Interop (N+I) Tokyo 2004, Asia's largest telecommunications and network technology event, which took place last week in Chiba, Japan.

Foundry's new ServerIron GT E-series family of Layer 4-7 application switches earned the "Grand Prix" award as Best Infrastructure product for Enterprises, while Foundry's NetIron 40G router earned a "Special Prize" award, second only to Cisco, in the ISP and Carrier Infrastructure category.
