Hitachi, Ltd, Japan's leading system integrator and network equipment provider, Mitsui & Co. Ltd., Japan's largest general trade facilitator, and Kabira Technologies, the leader in high-speed Switching Software and Service Gateways for real-time telecommunications and financial services networks, have announced a technical collaboration dedicated to the development of new solution frameworks for next generation OSS services addressing the telecommunications market.
