In line with installation of next-generation networks including broadband convergence networks (BcNs) by Internet service providers such as KT and Dacom, security solution companies are gearing up for launching upgraded products that can support such networks. Data protection solution firms such as LG N-Sys, Wins Technet, and Future System are seeking to take leading position in the market with new solutions that can detect abnormal traffics in BcN environments. They are also developing new intrusion detection systems (IDSs) and intrusion prevention systems (IPSs) applicable for new IPv6 systems. |
